3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools. All fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font or script providers when you load a page.

4. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted with Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits (server log data): IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and to protect it against attacks.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how often our pages are visited. It works without cookies, does not create user profiles and only shows aggregated figures such as page views, referring sites and device types.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our content (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

6. YouTube videos (two-click solution)

Our tutorial videos are hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Before you click, we only show a preview image stored on our own server, and no data is sent to YouTube. Only when you click the play button is the video loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube receives your IP address and technical data and may set cookies. 7. Newsletter (Kit)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we need your first name, last name and email address. We use the service provider Kit (formerly ConvertKit), Kit LLC, USA, to manage our email list and send newsletters. Your details are transmitted directly to Kit when you submit the form.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Revocation: you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email.

8. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you send us (for example your name and email address) to answer your request.

9. External links and affiliate links

Our website contains links to external websites, for example AI tools, studios and social networks. Some of these are affiliate links. No data is transmitted when a page loads, only when you click a link and leave our website. The provider of the linked website may then process data and set cookies to attribute your visit to us. Their privacy policies apply.

10. Third-party platforms (Skool, Gumroad)

Our academy and community are hosted on Skool, and our courses are sold via Gumroad. If you click on these links, you leave our website, and the privacy policies of these platforms apply.

If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
